1. USE YOUR RHYTHMS TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE

Make a list of things you do daily and weekly, as the time you do those tasks matters too. Not all the time brings out the best of you. Your tasks can include

Go through your task list and allot your time accordingly, you can easily schedule it for a particular day or week. 4. USE DOMINO AT WORK TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE

You can easily increase your productivity by choosing the tasks very wisely. Choose the work of the day by flipping a domino. What exactly is a domino? It is choosing the task which has a great impact on your goals compared to the rest. Different activities give us different values in the same amount of time and work, so it is upon you which one you want to do and how. A theory states that 20% of what we do is 80% of what we want. So the domino would lie in that 20% work.

5. MAKE A TO-DO LIST

The most commonly found mistake in the to-do list of people is that they make it according to the time they have whereas they should make it according to the talent they possess. 

6. USE PRODUCTIVE SELF TALK 

Right before you start your tasks give yourself a prep talk about how you will approach them. The three most common techniques are 

  • Self-talk – telling yourself stuffs like “I can do this” or “I am ready for this”
  • Imagery – to imagine yourself you did the work in a successful way and in a great efficient manner. 
  • If then – plan thighs in a certain way, for example, try giving yourself regards or pleasure after a whole day of work. 

7. WORK WITH CHUNKS 

Many times it gets hard to start some work, it might take us weeks, months or days to get started with something. And the deadline is near. As per psychology, our brain gets overwhelmed by big tasks. To get the tasks in an easier way is to break them into chunks, seeing smaller tasks will make your productivity smoother. The best way to work is to distribute your work into 20 minutes tasks which will make it easier to be done in a day. 

8. CREATE A BREAK LIST TO BE PRODUCTIVE

As per a study people who work straight for 90 minutes and take a break of about 15/20 minutes have more productivity than rest. As our body matches with this rhythm. During the breaks, you can surf Twitter or youtube to get fresh enough to work again. A break list is a short pleasurable time between work, you can keep a track of your break list and maintain your productivity, don’t surf social media.

9. GET A GREAT MORNING AND NIGHT SCHEDULE 

The best way to get a successful day is by having a great morning and evening schedule. Make a systematic approach to your tasks by knowing if you are a morning person or an evening, and schedule your tasks accordingly.
